Information you give us. When you send a message through the contact form we collect your name, your email address, the content of your message, and whether you opted in to receive updates.

Membership information. When you reserve a founder membership, payment is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment and billing details directly; we do not receive or store your full card number. We receive your name, email address, phone number, billing country and state, and the status of your subscription.

Health and coaching information. Once the membership begins, MAXX works from information you choose to share with it. That can include data from connected devices such as a watch, scale or blood pressure monitor, laboratory results you upload, photos you send, your messages with MAXX, and general location used for local conditions such as air quality and weather. You decide what to connect and what to send, and you can disconnect a source or stop sending a type of information at any time.

Technical information. Our servers process limited technical data such as a one-way hashed form of your network address, used only to limit abuse of our forms.

Please do not send emergency or urgent medical information to MAXX. It is not monitored for emergencies. Before the membership begins, this website does not ask for health information; please keep it out of contact messages.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your health information for advertising.

Coaching responses are generated by AI models, some of which are operated by third-party providers. Guidance is generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong; it is not medical advice and is not reviewed by a clinician before you receive it.

We share information only with the providers needed to operate MAXX: our hosting and database provider, our payment processor (Stripe), our messaging and email providers, AI model providers, and any device platform you choose to connect. Each processes information on our instructions and under its own security obligations.

We may also disclose information where required by law.

We keep your coaching history and health data for as long as your membership is active, because the value of MAXX comes from a long record of you. If you cancel, you may ask us to delete it and we will, except for what we must keep for legal, accounting and tax purposes. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to maintain a record of our correspondence.

Information submitted through this site is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in a database that is not readable by site visitors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Every update email includes an unsubscribe link. To make a request, contact us using the form on this site.

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards.

This site and the program are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy as the program develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
