Terms of Service

MAXX is a personal longevity AI delivered as an ongoing membership. You connect the data sources you choose, and MAXX interprets them and guides you by text message. Your membership begins as soon as you complete checkout. The first month is charged immediately and then renews monthly at the same rate until you cancel. After checkout you book an onboarding call so we can set your MAXX up around your life. The membership is $497 per month and includes a monthly longevity check-in with a MAXX coach.

Hardware and connected devices, laboratory testing, medical care, and any in-person events or retreats are not included in the membership and are purchased separately.

MAXX provides wellness guidance and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency care. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Guidance is generated by AI, is not reviewed by a clinician before you receive it, and may be incomplete or wrong. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet, exercise, medication or other aspects of your health.

MAXX is not monitored for emergencies. If you may be having a medical emergency, contact your local emergency service.

We do not guarantee any particular health outcome. Longer lifespan and peak physical and mental shape are the ambitions of the service, not promises. Changes you observe cannot be attributed to MAXX alone.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. Service and messaging availability vary by country and are confirmed before your membership begins.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout in the stated currency and exclude any taxes or duties that may apply where you live. Reserving a founder membership charges your first month immediately and starts a recurring monthly subscription that begins billing when the service goes live.

You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Months already served are not refunded. If we cannot serve your location, or if the service does not launch, we will contact you and refund what you have paid. Statutory rights that apply where you live are unaffected.

The founder rate holds for as long as your membership stays active without interruption. If we change standard pricing, we will tell you before it applies to you.

You keep ownership of the data you share. You grant us permission to process it to provide the coaching, as described in our Privacy Policy. Only connect accounts and devices that are yours, and only share information about yourself. You can disconnect a source at any time, which may reduce what MAXX can do.

Membership includes access to member community groups and eligibility for member events and retreats. Travel, accommodation and event fees are separate. We may remove access to community spaces for behaviour that harms other members.

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the membership for your own personal use, and not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, access data you are not entitled to, or submit automated or abusive form submissions. Guidance and materials are for your personal use and may not be resold or redistributed.

The MAXX name, site content, coaching materials and software are owned by us or our licensors. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use them while it is active.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from decisions you make about your health. Our total liability in connection with the membership is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may improve or adjust the service, the site and these terms. Where a change materially affects a membership you already hold, we will tell you before it takes effect. The service is provided as available and may be interrupted for maintenance.
